No DWI Sober Holiday Rides Initiative

sabbeth-no-dwi

There is nothing wrong with celebrating during holidays. However, driving after drinking should never be an option. Though Vermont and New Hampshire are relatively small states, neither are strangers to DWI accidents and even DWI related deaths.

In the 10 years between 2003 and 2013 there were 212 people killed in crashes involving drunk driving in Vermont. The total over the same time period in New Hampshire was 399.

These numbers must be reduced, and at Sabbeth Law we want to be a part of the solution. That’s why we’re offering to pay for safe, sober rides home during the major drinking holidays for people in Vermont and New Hampshire.

How the Program Works

It’s simple: All you have to do is call a taxi, Uber, Lyft, or similar ride service and mail us the receipt. We will reimburse you for the expense, and you’ll get a safe ride home while avoiding a DWI charge or worse.

Your ride can be anywhere in the states of Vermont or New Hampshire, as long as it meets the requirements listed below. Why risk getting a DWI, getting injured, or injuring or even killing others? There is no excuse for driving under the influence, especially when there are alternatives.

Current Holiday

Sabbeth Law is currently offering ride reimbursement for Independence Day, July 4th, 2023.

Eligible Rides in Vermont Between 5:00 PM on 7/4/2023 and 10:00 AM on 7/5/2023.
